The Relationship

As both event producer and marketing agency, we partnered with Rogers Radio to develop new and sustainable fundraising initiatives. Our role extended from concept creation to full promotion, marketing, and management.

The Work

Together, we created and managed an online 50/50 raffle that quickly grew into a signature annual fundraiser. We engaged secondary charities as partners—collaborating on promotion and sharing proceeds—to expand reach and impact. The initiative combined strategic media partnerships, community engagement, and seamless execution to build momentum year after year.

The Results​

Now recognized as Ottawa’s second-largest online 50/50 fundraiser, the raffle generates $1 million in annual ticket sales and engages more than 15,000 participants.
