The Relationship

As both event producer and marketing agency, we were tasked with developing innovative fundraising solutions for The Snowsuit Fund. Our role encompassed event creation, promotion, marketing, sponsorship sales, and partner engagement.

The Work

In response to the challenges of COVID-19, we created, promoted, and managed Gala in a Box—a virtual event that brought a gourmet dining experience for 400 directly into guests’ homes, paired with interactive online components. This unique format blended fine dining with connection and entertainment, ensuring the Fund could continue raising awareness and support during a time when in-person events weren’t possible.

The Results​

What began as a pandemic response has since evolved into Dinner Party in a Box—an anticipated annual signature event that sells out year after year, raising $40K annually while engaging donors in a fresh and meaningful way.
