Why:  Tim Hortons’ support through Smile Cookie sales has been transformational for The

Snowsuit Fund. Since 2000, Tim Hortons Ottawa owners have donated $2.77M enough

to keep approximately 68,000 disadvantaged children warm during cold Ottawa winters.

The Snowsuit Fund receives no government funding and relies entirely on the generosity

of caring individuals and groups like Tim Hortons Ottawa Owners to keep doors open

and Ottawa children warm.

Across Canada and the United States, this Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign raised over $18.8 million supporting over 600 charities and community groups.

About the Snowsuit Fund:

Operating in Ottawa for over 42 years, The Snowsuit Fund provides essential warmth to children from low-income families by distributing over 16,500 snowsuits annually. Ottawa winters are cold and these snowsuits ensure that all children, regardless of economic circumstances, can safely enjoy outdoor play, which is vital for their mental health, physical activity, and overall development.
